“Communities declare themselves in #Humanitarian Emergency in the face of violations #human rights and non-compliance with Peace Agreements and carry out #Humanitarian Caravan from April 23 to 28 in different territories of Colombia. Today 25A we accompany @Nomadesc in [the city of] #Tuluá #Valle Del Cauca #Popular Public Hearing.”
